Roarbank is a digital banking platform launched in partnership between Unity SFB and Fintech Farm. Our mission is to become a leading consumer digital bank in India — delivering an outstanding user experience and robust banking solutions to millions of customers.
We're backed by Fintech Farm, a UK fintech that has built successful neobanks across six emerging markets since 2020 — serving 4M+ customers in Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Kyrgyzstan, India, Uzbekistan, and Morocco. One of our founders co-founded Monobank, one of Europe's most successful neobanks at 10M+ customers.
This role sits at the heart of Roarbank's financial operations. You'll own monthly financial reporting, build the analytical layer that drives management decision-making, and be the connective tissue between finance and the business — translating data into clear recommendations for leadership.
We're looking for someone who combines rigorous financial analysis with the communication skills to influence at senior level. You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams — ensuring the numbers tell the right story and feeding directly into strategic and product decisions.
Own the preparation of monthly financial reports — revenues, expenses, and key performance indicators across the bank's products and business lines. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with internal standards.
Analyse product and business-line profitability, identify trends, growth drivers, and areas for optimisation. Prepare conclusions and recommendations for management based on data analysis, and present findings at strategic sessions.
Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to capture all major costs and revenues accurately. Drive optimisation of data collection and reporting processes, automate routine operations, and develop stronger reporting standards.
